With 113 stores across the US, this fashion brand took just weeks to get their new loyalty program up and running across all stores.
- The Shopify POS x LoyaltyLion integration means the program is immediately available to shoppers as soon as new stores launch
- Instant sync means points earned online can be redeemed straight away in store, and vice versa
- Anyone who has made a purchase on their website is automatically enrolled into the program, meaning there’s no barrier for them to start redeeming rewards whether in-store or online
- Flyers and conversations with Stylists at in-store checkout make enrolment and reward redemption simple – a large improvement on the in-store program they had previously which relied on spreadsheets
As a result, only six months in, the program is already driving over 30% of the brand’s total revenue – with CTO Tamer Selim saying “we’re just getting started”.
